VERY IMPORTANT NEWS OF CLASS GATHERING

DUE TO THE FACT THAT, I'M NOT RECEIVING ENOUGH HELP PLUS MY MSN MESSENGER IS NOT REALLY WORKING, IT IS CANCELLED!
Okay, just joking don't take it too seriously, it's just to attract attention as this is a MUST-READ.
Everybody should come by 9 a.m. and late people will be grouped by me and no choice is given. Classmates participating will be split to 2 major groups. Extras will be made into hosting team since there's not enough people.
You all always don't want to volunteer... PLUS RIGHT, THIS IS YOUR EX-CLASSMATE'S GATHERING, YOU ALL DON'T REMEMBER YOUR FRIENDS ALREADY?! For small things like "I want to stay home to play computer" you don't come. And those non-important activities that can be postponed or cancelled, can you please just push it aside and come?! You don't have this everyday.
While we are setting up stations, please select a group leader . Meanwhile, I'll go around to check on the stations. When I'm back, please inform me about the group leader's name.
The games are very simple due to rushed planning.
Activity log:
Group 1:
-Captain's ball
-Station 1

Group 2:
-Captain's ball

Should any group come to the station and have to wait for the other group to complete, the stationmaster will calculate the time the group has to wait and add bonus points accordingly.
Stationmasters should also take note that they can minus points if the group refuses to co-operate.
Timetable:
-Meeting at McDonalds(please reach by 10 am)
-Grouping
-Setting up of stations/Selecting of group leader
-Game commences
-Stop at 12.30 and gather at McDonalds.(No matter whether you are in middle of the game, you will restart after lunch.)
-1 hour lunch. Hosting team to report earlier by 10 mins at Grand Lawn.
-Games resume.
-All games ended please report at the Grand Lawn.
-Cheering competition
-Sabo time?
-Pui Yee gives out prizes
- Free time/ Ending time(May not be exactly be 6pm)
Anyone who does not know how to take bus to West Coast Park or wants to take bus with me please meet at the shop next to Bukit Batok CC.
Equipment needed:
-2 volleyballs/netballs/basketballs -Hui Wen and Adeline
-2 hula hoops(hopefully)
-4 containers
-2 pairs of wooden chopsticks -Nina
-ping pong balls
-marbles -Alicia
-2 blindfolds
-2 garbage bags
-4 stopwatches(I might be able to get this one)
-a pack of playing cards
-coloured paper
