More on grouping

I am going to explain further how people will be grouped. Firstly, we will let you spilt yourselves. But if the number of members are not evenly split, either people will be sacrificed or we come in and mix the girls and boys so you better make sure you all spilt properly. Those who come late will either help out at stations or join the group that needs people as Pui Yee had stated. You will have to come up with group names or I or Pui Yee will be naming your group which might sound not very nice.

We still need volunteers for the game stations about 7 more so if you believe you are trustworthy enough you might want to try rendering help.

Regarding gathering!

This is a very important announcement!

Firstly, the games here might make you very sweaty and dirty, so I suggest you bring an extra set of clothes to change into.

Another thing is, we have planned alot of games which mean it's going to be complicated. If there are troubles on that day, report to us and please don't be complainative about it since we are the same age as YOU and if you could plan it better then you go do it and prove it then. That's not the main point. The main thing is to co-operate and listen to the hosts and gamehosts. Well, if you don't, too bad, we might just remove you from the activities. You don't care so we too. (Sorry if I debated too much.)

Games need equipment too so I would greatly appreciate if there are more volunteers that I can trust to bring some of the equipment. Warning for all those not volunteering, these are not your equipment so do not spoil. This especially goes to all the violent boys in 6 Amethyst and you know who you are. ;) Wink wink.

The list of equipment will be put up soon! Be patient. And the MOST MOST important thing is to have fun. :D

IMPORTANT NOTES PLEASE READ

Although the events starts at 11am , it is compulsory that you must be there by 10am because we need to prepare!
However , please be there as early as possible and on time.
Lunch will be at the Mcdonald's there , but you are recommended to bring your own lunch as Mcdonald's will definitely be crowded.
Please do not play rough during the events as you might get injured.
Please wear casual , cooling clothes and girls are not advised to wear skirts.
Do not disgrace yourselves infront of the public by misbehaving.
As West Coast is a public place , our play area will be quite limited.
If you know you are going to be late , please inform either Li Yee or Pui Yee at least 15 minutes before you are reaching.
Please co-operate with the hosting team / station masters at all times especially when receiving instructions.
If you are lost and cannot find our meeting point , please contact Li Yee or Pui Yee.
If you cannot make it for the gathering due to valid reasons, please inform Li Yee at least weeks before the gathering.
Because we have put in great effort in organising this gathering , your presence is very much appreciated and your absence will definitely disappoint us.

MORE INFORMATION ON THE MINI SPORTS DAY

About the grouping :

There will be 4 groups.
The groups will compete among each other.
You will get to choose your own group if you are there before 10.00 am.
A group leader must be appointed.
Not everybody will be required to play in every single game.

About the point system :

There will be a station master for each game.
The station master will award points according to the points you got in the game itself , your enthusiasm and your teamwork.
The group who got the highest accumulated points will win 1st , 2nd and 3rd respectively.

About the awards :

Most Spontaneous Group - For the group which is the most enthusiastic.
Best Teamwork Group - For the group which worked together the best.
1st in Mini Sports Day - For the group with highest accumulated points.
2nd in Mini Sports Day - For the group with second highest accumulated points.
3rd in Mini Sports Day - For the group with third highest accumulated points.

About the prizes :

Will be sweets and tibits.
Groups with better awards get better prizes.
We apologise for not being able to get money to buy prizes as it is just for a gathering.
The most valuable prize would be friendship and bonding , isn't it?

About the events :

Captain's Ball - 2 groups play against each other at one time - All group members required to play
Relay (Short Distance) - Relay , for 4 laps , only a short distance - 4 representives from each group to race
Adventure Hunt - Searching of hidden item in a given area - All group members required to play

Participating team :

Those playing in the mini sports day and not in hosting team
Participating team will be further divided into groups

Hosting team :

Those in-charge of the gathering and helpers.
Will not be playing in the mini sports day
Consists of the following :

1 Photographer - Alicia
1 MC - Pui Yee
1 Standby - Haolin
2 Overall in-charge - Li Yee & Pui Yee
6 Station Masters - 2 for Captain's Ball , 1 for Treasure Hunt , 1 for Race (Yeeshuin) , 2 for the two not decided games

This is what's for now. Exciting , eh? xD

P.S. Need people to help bring the following equipment / items : 2 Balls (Recommended volleyball / normal ball , not hard ones) & candies or tibits (strictly those which you didn't want to eat and want to donate)

Also need people to volunteer be in hosting team. Strictly those who doesn't want to play only , cos it's fun! If got too many people want to be in hosting team , we'll be selecting the required ones only. If you wanna be in hosting team , please also contact Li Yee and Pui Yee.
